Meet the Staff & Board
Vickie Kaber - Executive Director
"The Holy Spirit led me to Klamath Falls Gospel Mission after retirement, and I quickly fell in love with the people and purpose here. God gives me a front-row seat to the amazing work He's doing here and lets me take part in lives being forever changed by the truth of the Gospel. Partnering with Klamath Falls Gospel Mission is the most exciting work I've ever done."
Candy Sanders - Executive Secretary
Before the Mission, I lived a life of abuse, addiction, and lack of worth. God brought me through all of these damaging-dysfunctional-chaotic life-traumas. During my year-and-half-long stay at the Gospel Mission, I learned how to be fully-dependent on God through the Klamath Falls Gospel Mission’s Faith-Based Discipleship Program. I am now 7-years clean and sober and living my life for Jesus.
Matt Reid - Shelter Director
Jesus transformed my life after healing me of my drug addiction, so I came to the Gospel Mission to volunteer... God had other plans, and I have never been more fulfilled in all of my life!
Renee Hanks - Women's Director
The Gospel Mission was on my heart for a very long time, so I started volunteering in January 2023. I loved being able to get to know Mission women and gaining their trust. Only God knew it was preparing me for my new position. I'm incredibly thankful to be able to impart the love of the Lord that I've received.
Jim Dalrymple - Kitchen Director
God has led me into many wonderful ministries over the years. Each of them is involved in helping churches get back on their feet. In 2011, at the prodding of the Holy Spirit, began to volunteer as a cook for the Mission. In 2014, I became Kitchen Director and am still excited every day to see how God provides for our meals.
LeTisha Corzine - Live In Supervisor - Berry House
2 Cor 1:4 “God saved my life from death and sorrow.” “Having gone through most of what these women are walking through, I have the honor of helping them and offering comfort.”
Billy Biggs - Men’s Case Manager
Before I found the Gospel Mission, I lived a life of addiction. I was introduced to the discipleship program and the Lord opened my eyes to a new way of life. I have been free of my addiction for over 8 years now. I love my new life with Jesus.
Steve Warner - Volunteer Head Chaplain
Christians are called to serve using their giftedness to direct people to Jesus Christ. My service at the Mission fulfills what is spoken in Matthew 25. “.. to the least of these.” I do it because of my love for Him and others.
Danise Brakeman - Executive Bookkeeper
Danise is a business advisor at Small Business Development Center – SBDC at Klamath Community College; the other half of her part time. She is also founder and President of Bonanza Cares Inc., a nonprofit she created for her rural community. All this in addition to her husband of 24 years, 5 children and soon to be 8 grandchildren. I am so grateful to be a part of such a great organization whose servants are truly filled with the Spirit. I have worked a lot of places in my life, but none like this one.
John Hess - Volunteer Men’s Chaplain
I enjoy volunteering at the Mission because I get to see Jesus transform people one at a time. I want to be a part of what Jesus is doing.
Board Members
Vickie Ream - KFGM Board Director, President (Started 2012)
I’m currently Board Chair. I joined the BOD in Nov. 2012 when the KFGM hired Adkins Engineering & Surveying, formerly Adkins Consulting Engineering, to design and build a new Women’s Home across from the old Mission on Walnut. That plan changed when Klamath Works was formed and joined with Sky Lakes Medical Center to build the current campus we are both on. Like so many other Believers, Jesus pulled me up out of my miry pit that I had created through choices that I made decades ago. But fortunately for me He changed my life in the spring of 2001 when I had no place else to go but to Him. Now I can’t imagine a life without Jesus.
Natalie Hoffman - Board Vice President (Started 2008)
I’m the Executive Assistant to Lead Pastor of Refuge City Church for the past 12 years. Her passion to serve the Lord and people in the community and around the world is evident in her life. The love for souls coming to know Jesus keeps her active in the community and has taken her to over a dozen countries multiple times on mission trips. She became a faithful board member in 2008 (15 yrs. ago) when she was working at the Klamath County Chamber of Commerce. Eph.3:15-19
Anders Rasmussen - KFGM Board of Directors Treasurer (Started 2020)
I am a Civil Engineer. I serve on the Board because I believe in the works of the mission; to spread the Gospel and serve those hurting the most in our society. I am Redeemed, a Child of God. He transformed me by the renewing of my mind (Romans 12:2)
Belinda Kerzel - KFGM Board of Directors – Secretary (Started 2015)
I am the Klamath County Law Librarian. Previous to the library, I worked as a legal assistant for 12 years. I was asked by a fellow board member to consider joining the board of directors in 2015. I have loved being able to serve the Lord through the work the Mission does.
Joe Williamson - KFGM Board Member (Started 2020)
I was taught as a young man the difference between a “hand-up” and a “hand-out”. The KFGM is a place that works hard to give a “hand-up” and that is why I’m proud to be on the Board of Directors.
Steve Stacy - KFGM Board Member (Started 2023)
We, are the hands of Christ. If not me, then who?
Jim Witt - KFGM Board Member (Started 2023)
Retired Military & Retired Defense Contractor Kingsley Field. I’ve been a part of Klamath County for the past 33 years. I feel it is important to contribute and give back. Being on the Board of Directors for KFGM, is one of the ways I serve our community.
