Baptisms at the Klamath Falls Gospel Mission Recovery Center
Often shelter guests and program members come to a lasting relationship and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. Through the discipleship program here they develop a desire to be baptized and show publicly their decision for Christ. It is an intimate moment that we all treasure for eternity.
The old is washed away and the new is revealed! We believe water Baptism is where we take a moment to identify with Christ’s death, burial, and resurrection. The response of this is always one of grace and peace. Guaranteed to bring a tear or two to your eye.
We would like more people to attend in order for the person getting baptized to be encouraged and cheered on. This means donors, volunteers, pastors, churches, are all invited to participate in this family event.
